In studying blood types todaY ( i am 0+), I found this on Wikipedia:

Japanese blood type personality chart
Type A
Best traits Earnest, creative, sensible
Worst traits Fastidious, overearnest

Type B
Best traits Wild, active, doer
Worst traits Selfish, irresponsible

Type AB
Best traits Cool, controlled, rational
Worst traits Critical, indecisive

Type O
Best traits Agreeable, sociable, optimistic
Worst traits Vain, rude, rebellious

There is a popular belief in Japan that a person's ABO blood type or ketsueki-gata (血液型?) is predictive of their personality, temperament, and compatibility with others.]

Ultimately deriving from ideas of historical scientific racism, the popular belief originates with publications by Masahiko Nomi in the 1970s. The scientific community dismisses such beliefs as superstition or pseudoscience.[

History
The ABO blood group system is widely credited to have been founded by the Austrian scientist Karl Landsteiner, who discovered three different blood types in 1900.

This new computer is confusing me.

A long line of poll question and other things are blocking the bottem of my post so that I cannot edit below O because it is covered up with the things. How do I get them off?
What is the BBC Code that it says I can disable?

Spiral, Happy might be able to help you with the computer problem. In the meantime, quite interesting on the blood types. There are actually eight blood types. A, B, AB and O can either be rh negative or positive. I wonder if the Japanese took that into consideration.

Yes, it is all inclusive, so A+ or A- are in the same category of personality.

My exhusband is O-, I was wrong about AB. My children are both O as I am.
Now I need to find out if my son and daughter are O+ or O- !

Did You Know?

•Blood type is inherited, just like eye color.
•Certain blood types are more common in certain countries. In China, over 99% of the population has Rh+ blood.
•Different kinds of animals have different kinds of blood. Dogs have 4 blood types; cats have 11; cows have about 800.
•Some people think blood type tells about personality. Legend has it that Type A is calm and trustworthy; Type B is creative and excitable; Type AB is thoughtful and emotional; and Type O is a confident leader.
•In Japan, the idea of blood type as personality type is so popular that Japanese ask “What's your blood type?” about as often as Americans ask “What's your sign?”

This is from Glo's link she gave us:

Blood types become very important when a blood transfusion is necessary. In a blood transfusion, a patient must receive a blood type that is compatible with his or her own blood type—that is, the donated blood must be accepted by the patient's own blood. If the blood types are not compatible, red blood cells will clump together, making clots that can block blood vessels and cause death.

Type O– blood is considered the “universal donor” because it can be donated to people of any blood type. Type AB+ blood is considered the “universal recipient” because people with this type can receive any blood type.

Blood type Percent of Americans with this type Who can receive this type
O+-------------------37%----------------------O+, A+, B+, AB+
O– 6% ----- All blood types
A+ 34 % ----- A+, AB+
A– 6 % ----- A+, A–, AB+, AB–
B+ 10 % ----- B+, AB+
B– 2 % ----- B+, B–, AB+, AB–
AB+ 4 % ------ AB+
AB– 1 % ------ AB+, AB–

So O+ is NOT the Universal Donor, 0- is !!!!! I can donate to all four blood types, but not any negatives !
So your question of what is the different between + and - blood types is that O- has no antibodies whatsoever and thus combine with any blood.
Anyone with a negative by their bloodtype can donate to more blood types than those with +, it appears.

I think I'm 0 positive.
Description sounds like me when I was younger.

Good luck with your computer Spiral.

When I was hooking my Macbook up I found the best advice by googling whatever problem I was having for example "macbook slow internet connection complaints". I read the blogs with the most recent dates and was able to fix the problems by following their advice in detail.

You can type your computer name with the word "complaint" or "problem" and lots of info comes up.
